Important information about your Security Device

  • Your Security Device acts as just one of the layers of security that protect you and your company in the use of BusinessOnline.
  • It provides a robust form of authentication that helps the Bank identify an authorised user. This also ensures an effective audit trail of who is accessing and transacting in BusinessOnline.
  • It will be required to login to BusinessOnline and when contacting the BusinessOnline Helpdesk. Additionally you will require the Security Device to complete certain activities and transactions within the service.
  • The Device can only be accessed by entering a correct PIN number. The PIN number is set by you when you first login to the service.
  • If your Security Device is lost, stolen or does not work, please call the BusinessOnline Helpdesk on 0800 121 4209. They will order a replacement and give you advice on where to return the faulty Security Device.
