Scam Alert

We have been alerted to a fraud scam which is currently being used in an attempt to steal funds from online banking accounts.

Fraudsters are contacting people and pretending to be from the Security or Fraud Department of another bank, advising that their systems have detected fraudulent transactions originating from accounts held with the bank that person uses, then obtaining passwords and log-in details.

Read the Joint Declaration (PDF, opens in a new window) from UK banks which explains those requests they will NEVER ask of you on the phone.

Continue with your BusinessOnline Login

We will never

  • Request password information from our customers under any circumstances when dealing with your enquiries.
  • Ask for a token response using option 3, this option is used for payment or beneficiary signing and should only ever be input to the system by you.
